You may feel many different emotions during this time such as boredom, frustrated, loneliness or anxiety.
It’s important to remember that it is OK to feel how you are, and that everyone reacts differently to the challenges we face. Remember, this situation is temporary and, for most of us, these feelings will pass once the situation changes.
